1. Abide by curfew rules as directed: Home at dark unless in vehicle, at treatment, or prior cco approval.
2. Do not use/possess/consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription
3. Do not enter bars taverns/lounges
4. Do not enter parks playgrounds or schools
5. Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim: No Contact w/ Amanda Perry
6. Do not purchase own have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon
7. Do not use/possess/purchase/consume alcohol
8. Do not work at or be in places frequented by minors

Not to be at the food bank unless at opening or closing time.
